You text the builder directly rather than a help desk. Basic covers an emergency fix within 2 business days, Standard responds in 1 business day, and Priority responds the same business day.
Are content edits included?
Not on Basic. Standard includes up to 3 content edits a month — text, images, hours, pricing — and Priority includes 2 to 3 hours of edits or small feature work.
What is not covered by a plan?
